FLINT, MI – A 68-year-old Flint woman will pay $500,000 in restitution after pleading no contest to embezzling money from a man she was in a long-term relationship with. Short-term rental regulations narrowly adopted by Fenton Township board
FENTON TWP., MI -- The Fenton Township Board of Trustees narrowly adopted on Tuesday, Sept. 3, the community’s first regulations regarding short-term rentals. Under the regulations the board approved Tuesday, the owners of short-term rental properties in the township will have to obtain special use permits if the property they are renting out is located in the areas of the township that are zoned for agricultural use.
