Collin County issues disaster declaration after EF3 tornado tears through Celina
A powerful EF-3 tornado struck the town of Celina on Saturday night, prompting Collin County Judge Chris Hill to declare a disaster. Despite the destruction of several homes, there were limited injuries reported and no fatalities.
