Default having been made in the terms of that certain Mortgage, executed on November 17, 2021, by Pamela D. Thames and James B. Thames II, Wife and Husband, as Mortgagor(s), to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Union Home Mortgage Corp. as Mortgagee, which said Mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate, Geneva County, Alabama, in OFFREC Book 1133 at Page 430 on November 24, 2021, and subsequently assigned to Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC and recorded in OFFREC Book 1225 at Page 44 on April 1, 2024, and Partial Release recorded in OFFREC Book 1245, Page 335 on September 24, 2024; and default having continued under the terms of said Mortgage, and by virtue of Alabama Code Section 35-10-3 and 35-10-2, the following described real property will be sold at public outcry, for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Courthouse door of said County, during the legal hours of sale, on November 4, 2024.
