SPARTA, NJ – The Sparta Zoning Board will be meeting on Wednesday, October 9 at 7 p.m. The board members will be hearing several applications at the meeting, including three requiring a “D” variance and one “C” variance. The Sussex County Charter School on North Church Road is seeking a D variance. Tor Anderson on Layton Lane is seeking a D variance Perona Realty Corporation located on Perona Road/Carriage House Road is seeking both C and D variances Richard Shinnick on East Shore Trail is seeking a C variance.
