City of Victoria helps first-time homebuyers secure homes
VICTORIA, Texas - Under the City’s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program, first-time homebuyers can apply for financial aid. This includes up to $5,000 for down payment assistance and an additional $5,000 for covering closing costs.

Construction is scheduled to begin in early 2024 and finish in January 2025. Leasing is expected to begin in late 2024.
