The National Weather Service in Burlington, VT, has issued a Frost Advisory in effect until 9:00 AM EDT this morning for areas in northern New York and northeast Vermont, including Southeastern St. Lawrence, Southern Franklin, Western Essex Counties in New York, and Essex County in Vermont.
