Default having been made in the terms, conditions, and payments provided in a certain Deed of Trust dated FEBRUARY 4, 2020 executed by ASHLEY NICOLE BRUCE AND WILLIAM NATHAN BRUCE SR., WIFE AND HUSBAND, to WILBURN J. EVANS, Trustee, of record in BOOK 345, PAGE 736, for the benefit of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRSTBANK, in the Register's Office DECATUR County, Tennessee and to J. PHILLIP JONES AND/OR JESSICA D. WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated September 30, 2016, executed by CHARLIE WILLIAM DUNN and CAROL DUNN conveying certain real property therein described to JOSEPH B. PITT, JR., as Trustee, as same appears of record in the Register`s Office of Decatur County, Tennessee recorded October 13, 2016, in Deed Book 315, Page 24; and.

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated December 15, 2014, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded December 19, 2014, in Book No. 298, at Page 259, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Decatur County, Tennessee, executed by Anthony Lee Privett and Teresa Privett, conveying certain property therein described to Wood Law Offices as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Paramount Residential Mortgage Group, Inc., its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by Bell Bank.

WHEREAS, LYNN BLADE and wife, CONNIE BLADE, by that certain Deed of Trust dated July 6, 2021, of record in Book 362, page 732 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Decatur County, Tennessee (as modified or amended, the “Deed of Trust”), conveyed to Paul Allen England, Trustee, the Property (as hereinafter defined) to secure the payment of certain indebtedness described in the Deed of Trust (the “Indebtedness”). The Deed of Trust and the Indebtedness secured thereby is presently held and owned by Perry Kiehl (the “Lender”); and WHEREAS, default has occurred by Grantor’s failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the Deed of Trust, and the Indebtedness has been declared due and payable as provided in the Deed of Trust, and the Indebtedness has not been paid; and WHEREAS, Lender has demanded that the Property be advertised and sold in satisfaction of the Indebtedness and the costs of foreclosure in accordance with the terms of the Deed of Trust.

Albertelli, P.A. d/b/a ALAW, a Florida corporation duly authorized to conduct business in Tennessee, having been appointed Trustee, all of record in the Register of Deeds Office for Decatur County, Tennessee.
