One Indiana town could be the golden ticket for the many Hoosiers hoping to buy a house in 2024. I can say without a doubt that it will be a long time before I move again. When my wife and I decided to return to Indiana earlier this year, we knew we didn't want to rent but rather own a home in the country. After selling our house in Kentucky, we were able to do just that, but the market in Indiana made for a very stressful process. In addition to astonishingly high interest rates, we were also facing high-priced housing, fueled by a competitive market and low inventory.
