A single by Bryson Gullion gave McCook MNB Seniors the lead, 2-1, in the top of the second. Townsend singled, which helped North Platte tie the game at two in the bottom of the second. A double by Moerke gave North Platte the lead, 4-2, in the bottom of the fourth. McCook MNB Seniors captured the lead, 5-4, in the top of the fifth after Trey Tiller singled, Espn Hall grounded out, and North Platte Nationals committed an error, each scoring one run.
