SPOTSWOOD, NJ - For the second straight spring athletic season, Spotswood High School spring sports teams have won their respective Greater Middlesex Conference Division titles. PISCATAWAY, NJ – Aditi Gopalakrishnan, a 10th grader from Piscataway won first place at the national RoboCup Junior Onstage USA Competition held at Wardlaw Hartridge School in Edison on May 19. Chargers Upset by Manasquan in First Round of NJSIAA Central Jersey Group Two Tournament
SPOTSWOOD, NJ - The baseball season abruptly ended on Friday for the Chargers. Second-seeded Spotswood High School was upset by 15th-seeded Manasquan High School 6-3 in the first round of the NJSIAA Central Jersey Group Two Tournament on Friday. Manasquan moves on to the quarterfinal round to face 10th-seeded Point Pleasant Boro High School. Point Pleasant defeated seventh-seeded Ocean Township High School 3-1 to earn a quarterfinal spot. Spotswood concludes the 2023-24 baseball season with a 19-4-2 overall record. The Chargers won the Greater Middlesex Conference Blue Division title for the second consecutive season. Spotswood was 11-1 against Blue Division teams.
