NEW BRIGHTON ― The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board has opened a new Fine Wine & Good Spirits store at 400 Ninth St. in the borough. With almost 1,900 square feet of retail space, this store features more than 1,200 wines and spirits – about 250 more products than were available at the former Third Avenue location, a PLCB press release said.
