Police have arrested a 40-year-old man after he allegedly spray-painted multiple buildings in Dutchess County, NY. For as long as spray paint has been available graffiti has always been something that has randomly appeared on things across New York State. Jayson Moralessales, of Orange, agreed to meet the suspect in person to buy the tool, but instead, fled with the item without paying on Oct. 5, police in Bloomingdale said.
