With a grant from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Faribault Public Schools is developing additional health and wellness goals and resources for students and staff. The district was among 20 entities chosen for the Healthy Schools program nationwide. Kenyon-Wanamingo is the #3 seeded team in the MSHSL Section 1A Baseball Tournament which begins Wednesday, May 22, 2024. The Gopher Conference Champions had a 13-5 record going into the seedings and will host Mabel-Canton (4-15) in Wanamingo. Before moving into a closed session to discuss the sale of property, the Northfield School Board Monday approved a letter of support to the Northfield City Council affirming its intent to continue leasing a new Northfield Ice Arena annually for the foreseeable future.
