In what started as a fight over yard work could turn into very severe charges in Wichita County. Elderly Wichita Falls Man Passes Away After Lawn Dispute. Wichita Falls police are currently investigating an incident that originally happened on Tuesday, October 1st. According to the police report, 26-year-old Connor Allen Duncan was doing yard work at a residence off of Earl Street in Wichita Falls. Police say the residence is not Connor's since he lives in Iowa Park. However, a next door neighbor on Earl Street became frustrated with what Connor was allegedly doing, blowing grass clippings into his driveway.
