Victims of West Wisconsin Crash Identified as Rochester Area Men
Nelson, WI (KROC-AM News) - Authorities in western Wisconsin have identified the victims of a multi-vehicle crash last Friday as two men from the Rochester area. The Buffalo County Sheriff's Office is reporting that the deadly incident occurred shortly after 10:30 AM about a mile south of Nelson across the Mississippi River from Wabasha. The two victims were on motorcycles that were struck by a pickup truck that crossed over the center line on Highway 35.

Employees Accused of Conducting Theft Scheme That Caused Over $100K in Losses for Rochester Electronics Store
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- Two employees have been charged in a theft scheme that cost a Rochester store more than $100,000 in losses. The Olmsted County Attorney’s Office filed the charges on Friday. Both men are accused of running the scheme from Nov. of 2022 through January of last year, the criminal complaint says.

Rochester to Use Collections to Recover $870K in Unpaid Fines
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - If you have an unpaid parking ticket issued by the City of Rochester you can expect a call from a collection service company. The City of Rochester has announced that California-based Collection Bureau of America has been hired to perform collection services to recover unpaid the parking citation fines that are more than 30 days past due dating back to the beginning of 2018. Going forward, the same company will be used to collect unpaid parking fines after 45 days of delinquency.
