K9 units visit Jones Elementary for National Police Week in Waller County, Texas
WALLER COUNTY, Texas — In honor of National Police Week, a few K9 units from the local police department spent their time at Jones Elementary School. The K9 demonstration allowed the handlers to engage with the students, discussing their roles and explaining how they train the dogs. They showcased the dogs' capabilities in searching for items, answered questions from the curious students, and introduced their K9 partners to the entire school. The visit provided a unique opportunity for the children to understand the significant role these units play in maintaining law and order in the community.
What The Average Person in Texas’ Poorest Town Earns is Absolutely Shocking
Texas is home to many billionaires, including Elon Musk who is the second richest man on the planet. However, on the other side of that coin is a disturbing number of Texans living in poverty. I was shocked to learn the amount of money people in Texas' poorest town are living on.
