The All-Courier Team: 2024's best high school softball players in Houma- and Thibodaux-area
High school softball season in Louisiana is over, so it's time for the All-Courier Team. The All-Courier softball team is unique. Ten players from across the Houma- and Thibodaux-area make the team, five pitchers and five position players. Many earned all-district selections and led their teams to the LHSAA playoffs. VCHS track and field's MacKenzie Glynn signs to compete collegiately at Nicholls
Vandebilt Catholic High School senior MacKenzie Glynn took the next step in her track and field career on Wednesday when she signed to compete collegiately. In a ceremony at the VCHS library in front of her family, friends, teammates, and coaches, Glynn officially became a college athlete when she signed her letter of intent to compete at Nicholls next spring.

Terrebonne football got its 2024 season off to an early start Thursday night as the Tigers hosted the McDonogh 35 Roneagles in the spring game.
