Dyersburg State Community College (DSCC) will host a reception for the Tipton Art League Plein Air Painters and the Tipton County Extension Master Gardeners. The event is scheduled for Monday, April 29, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Jimmy Naifeh Center's Learning Resource Center in Tipton County.
