Ball Corp. Agrees To Pay $309K In Discrimination Settlement
Rome-based Ball Container LLC has agreed to a legal settlement with the U.S. Department of Labor to pay $309,000 in back wages and interest to resolve a discrimination complaint at the company’s beverage manufacturing facility in Rome. The issue was discovered in a routine compliance review by the department’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.
