ROSELLE PARK, NJ — The Borough of Roselle Park continues to overhaul its roads, as they begin another week of milling and paving on Tuesday, May 28. Last week, contractors completed most of the work on Galloping Hill Road and portions of East Lincoln Avenue. Memorial Day storms knock out power for thousands in North Jersey
Strong wind gusts from a series of rainstorms knocked out power to thousands of New Jersey residents on Monday afternoon including several hundred in Morris County. Almost 400 homes in Randloph and about 200 in Denville and Parsippany were without electricity as of 3:20 p.m., according to Jersey Central Power & Light. About 100 customers were also without power in Morris Plains.

ROSELLE PARK, NJ — Roselle Park may be in for a rainier Memorial Day than expected. Due to inclement weather, the Borough of Roselle Park will no longer host its annual Memorial Day Parade tomorrow. Instead, there will be a service held indoors in the Casano Community Center at 11 a.m. Forecasts are currently predicting a 90% chance of thunderstorms throughout Roselle Park on Memorial Day, with rain starting as early as 5 a.m. tomorrow morning.
