A motorist was killed Sunday morning on the Hutchinson River Parkway when his car was struck by a wrong-way driver in Rye Brook, Westchester County police said. The crash occurred just after 5 a.m. in the northbound lanes about a half mile south of King Street. The victim's car burst into flames and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
