Celebrate Our Future: Crowder College's Spring Commencement Ceremonies Kick Off Today
Crowder College in Neosho, Missouri, will hold its Spring Commencement ceremonies on May 10 and 11, 2024, at the Bob Sneller Gymnasium. Over 700 students are expected to graduate this spring and summer. The first ceremony, for Nursing graduates from McDonald County & Nevada, is scheduled for May 10 at 7 PM. On May 11, there will be two ceremonies: at 10 AM for students from the Agriculture, General Studies, and Teaching departments, and at 1 PM for graduates from all other majors. These ceremonies mark the transition of students from their studies to their professional careers. All ceremonies will be live-streamed, allowing those unable to attend in person to watch online. The commencement speaker, Tayten Jordon, a graduate receiving an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice, will speak about his future plans, which include pursuing a degree in Criminology at the University of Arkansas and aspiring to join the Arkansas State Police.
