On May 14, 2024, Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison filed a lawsuit against realtor Chadwick Banken and his businesses in Hennepin County. The lawsuit accuses Banken of predatory lending, deceptive marketing, and discrimination against Muslim homebuyers.
