The closing of the highly-regarded, longtime “San Felipe Taqueria” in Westmoreland is now followed by the arrival of a new Mexican food cart in the Brooklyn neighborhood, which opened on May 7th. “Ochoa Lupita’s Tacos” has relocated their small family-owned business to 908 S.E.
