Austin's Own Kaiah Gibson Shines, Heads to National Singing Contest
Riverland Community College is acknowledging the achievement of Kaiah Gibson, a first-year music student from Austin, who has qualified for the national competition in classical voice and musical theatre. Her qualification follows a successful performance at the National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS) regional competition, held in mid-February. The event drew participants from several states and provinces, including Minnesota, Wisconsin, the Dakotas, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba.
