Main Street Kent Art & Wine Festival features live music, Ohio wine and local food
The Main Street Kent Art & Wine Festival, presented by The River Merchant, will take place Saturday, June 1 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. in downtown Kent. The event will feature 58 artists, eight live music performances, 13 Ohio wineries, and eight local food vendors on North Water Street and at the Hometown Bank Plaza.
Cuyahoga Falls seeks artists for public art project
Cuyahoga Falls has issued a request for qualifications for a public art project in its downtown. The city is seeking a professional artist for a collaborative project that will incorporate a primary historical photo(s) or imagery relevant to local history as the main component of a mural on the Portage Trail bridge underpass. Qualification packets must be submitted by noon on Friday, June 14. Rita's celebrates cool grand opening in Streetsboro
Rita’s Italian Ice & Frozen Custard celebrated the opening of its newest location at 9292 State Route 14 in Streetsboro, next to Public Square. The shop, which features Italian ice and frozen custard treats, has redeveloped a former Flowerama store.
