500 runner slots for this year’s Bright Nights 5K available Monday at midnight
SPRINGFIELD — The starting pistol will be fired twice for the Bright Nights 5K Road Race. The first time will be when registration opens. The second time will be the night of the race, when runners will take a path through more than 750,000 lights at Bright Nights at Forest Park.
