Jalon Daniels on his performance vs. Illinois: 'I didn't put my team in a great position at all'
Jalon Daniels took ownership of his performance following KU football's 23-17 loss to Illinois on Saturday. The KU quarterback completed 18 of his 32 passes on the night for 141 yards. He averaged 4.4 yards per attempt, which was his lowest mark since the 2021 season. Daniels finished the game with two passing touchdowns and three interceptions. His three turnovers were the most interceptions he's had in a game during his KU career.
