Selinsgrove, Pa. — A woman who walked out of Boscov's with more than $600 of items in her cart claimed she forgot the items were there, according to police. Michelle M. Spicer, 38, of Coal Township, was at the Boscov's store at the Susquehanna Valley Mall on Sept. 21 when police were called.
