Cops in Florida arrested a man for the murders of two people in Maryland, including the mother of his children, authorities say. The Frederick County Sheriff’s Office said in a press release that deputies responded to a shooting around 7 a.m. on Aug. 25 at a home in the 7000 Block of Mandalong Ct. in New Market. Detectives found two people dead: 33-year-old Crimea Malita Baker and 34-year-old Sean Antoine Lange. There were also four children — all under the age of 13 — in the home unharmed. The kids told deputies they hid in a closet after hearing gunshots. One of the kids came out when they felt it was safe and found the bodies in a bedroom and called for help.

Abouzar Rahmati, 42, is a naturalized American citizen who lives in Great Falls.
