Apartments or homes? Perrysburg developers plan for either at Harbor Town
A month after plans to build 142 single-story rental homes stalled, Perrysburg developers are tentatively proceeding with a 182-unit apartment complex. Those plans also include 200 storage units at Harbor Town in the south end of the city off State Rt. 25. “We feel this is what the original master plan showed and intended,” Brian Gruber of Ridge Stone Builders & Developers said during Wednesday’s meeting of city council’s Architectural Review Committee. “It wasn’t our original dream, but we readjusted,” Mr. Gruber said.
