Governor Greg Abbott recently announced a historic $148 billion investment in Texas' transportation infrastructure. According to Abbott, this investment includes the Texas Department of Transportation’s (TxDOT) unanimous approval of a 10-year transportation plan valued at over $104 billion, aimed at enhancing safety, reducing congestion, improving connectivity and maintaining roadways across the state.
