Leading single-family-home and spec home developer Sabal Development, led by Pascal Nicolai, has closed on a land sale in the highly sought-after Sanctuary community of Boca Raton for $5.75 million. The Sanctuary of Boca Raton is a private community of custom luxury homes on the Intracoastal Waterway with homes recently listed for more than $30 million. Parkland’s Heron Bay Golf Clubhouse Property Being Marketed to Developers
Parkland commissioners have hired Colliers International to market a city-owned portion of the Heron Bay Clubhouse property to developers, according to city records. As part of a broker services agreement, approved unanimously at the July 10 commission meeting, Colliers will create an offering memorandum for commercial developers interested in purchasing the 9.3-acre parcel at 11801 Heron Bay Blvd. for construction and operation.
