Enigma Plaza will seek city approval to restart work on Temple Terrace project

TEMPLE TERRACE — The Enigma Plaza development, which has sat mostly dormant for much of the year, is getting close to resubmitting plans for approval in order to complete work on the project.

Enigma, located at 8633 North 56th St. just south of the Winn-Dixie Plaza, is part of the city’s beleaguered downtown area and its Community Redevelopment Area, and is currently under a stop-work order.
