Steven Stamkos’ first regular-season game as an opponent in Tampa will be Oct. 28, when the Lightning host the Predators.

The Lightning will play back-to-back games against the Stanley Cup champion Florida Panthers Dec. 22 at home and Dec 23 in Sunrise.

January includes four back-to-back games, all on the road. The Lightning will be off New Year’s Eve and in Detroit during Gasparilla on Jan. 25.

There is a two-week break in February thanks to the 4 Nations Face-Off, set for Feb. 12-20 in Montreal and Boston.

The longest homestand of the season goes from Jan. 28-Feb. 6, a five-game stretch that includes games against the Blackhawks (Jan. 28), Kings (Jan. 30), Islanders (Feb. 1) and Senators twice (Feb. 4 and 6).

The Lightning will end the regular season with seven of their final 12 games at home, though the stretch also includes the longest road trip of the season, March 31-April 7 with games at the Rangers (March 31), Islanders (April 1), Senators (April 3), Sabres (April 5) and Rangers again (April 7).
