Morgan Wallen Cancels Tonight’s Show In Tampa & Next Weekend’s Charlotte Concerts, Announces Rescheduled Dates

Well at least the openers haven't already performed. Morgan Wallen took a lot of heat last year when he abruptly canceled his show at Ole Miss after the opening acts had already performed, announcing that he was unable to take the stage due to losing his voice after the previous night's concert. He eventually rescheduled the show and performed in Oxford earlier this year. This time he's giving fans a little more notice, announcing that tonight's show at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa has been canceled and rescheduled for October 4 due to illness. And Morgan is also being forced to move next weekend's shows scheduled for Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, announcing that those concerts will now take place on October 18 & 19. https://twitter.com/MorganWallen/status/1811848834634658021 Tonight's Tampa show was scheduled to kick off at 6:00 PM, and the announcement from Morgan came at 3:45 PM. Obviously fans aren't happy that they've already paid for travel to Tampa and planned for the evening months in advance, only to have the rug pulled out from under them at the last minute - especially after the debacle at Ole Miss last year. Gotta feel for the fans, but can't really plan for illness. Hope Morgan gets to feeling better soon.
