HASBROUCK HEIGHTS, NJ - The Hasbrouck Heights Board of Education approved the appointment of Ashley Calligy as the new Supervisor of Guidance and Testing at Thursday night's meeting.

She will replace Vincenzo Barchini who was named the new Hasbrouck Heights High School principal during the July meeting. He replaced Linda Simmons who announced her retirement from the district in March 2024.

Superintendent Dr. Jillian Torrento said that Calligy has been with the district for 13 years, and that "she has demonstrated her commitment to our students."

"I've worked alongside Ashley for a long time," added Barchini. "Her aptitude, professionalism, and work ethic are second to none, and we're really excited to have her."
