Morristown Boys Soccer Defeats West Morris Central 3-1 in Season Opener

CHESTER, NJ - The Morristown boys soccer team defeated West Morris Central 3-1 in the season opener on Wednesday afternoon. The three goals were all scored by Harold Funes. Rosbel Claros was credited with two assists.

Morristown goalie Atticus Lindsley had seven saves on the day.

West Morris scored their lone goal in the second half.

Next up for the Colonials is Mount Olive. Morristown will travel to Mount Olive on Friday September 6. Game time is 4pm.
