Police identify pedestrian struck, killed by car in Elmsford Saturday night
A 58-year-old woman was fatally struck by a car Saturday night while she was crossing a road in Elmsford. Elmsford Police Chief Thomas Proscia said Mary Nieciecka, 58, was crossing West Main Street near Eldorado Diner when a car struck her. Proscia said she was pronounced dead at the scene.
