Man carjacked good Samaritan at southeast Nebraska gas station, authorities say
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — No good deed goes unpunished. A good Samaritan was carjacked in southeast Nebraska this week in a multistate crime spree, authorities say. Shortly before 7 a.m. Monday, someone saw a vehicle broken down on Highway 136 east of Tecumseh and gave the driver a ride, according to the Johnson County Attorney’s Office.

TECUMSEH - Authorities are searching for a carjacking suspect in southeast Nebraska. A man told the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office that he picked up a man near a broken down pickup truck shortly after sunrise today. He gave the man a ride to a gas station at Tecumseh, where the suspect produced a handgun and stole the red, 2016 Nissan Rouge.
Talmage man charged with meth
NEBRASKA CITY - Stuart Miller, 35, of Talmage is charged with possession of over 10 grams of methamphetamine on June 26. An arrest affidavit says Otoe County sheriff’s deputies went to Talmage to assist state probation in a search of a Talmage residence. When Miller was not there, deputies conducted a traffic stop in Talmage of a car Miller was driving.
