On July 18, 2024, China II restaurant located at 757 Crossroad Plaza, Fort Mill, SC was inspected by the SC Department of Agriculture. China II received a grade of “C” with an overall score of 86%, with a risk level of 3 - Cook, Cool, Reheat. The SC Department of Agriculture recetnly took over restaurant inspections from the Department of Health and Envionmental Control and chnaged reporting formats.

A follow up inspection will be conducted within 10 days.
