ANDERSON, Calif. - The CHP said they arrested a man suspected of DUI Thursday night following a chase along Interstate 5 in Cottonwood and Anderson. An officer spotted a GMC pickup driven by Spencer Reno of Tehama County weaving through traffic. When the officer tried to pull him over, he took off, the CHP said.
Couple arrested for defrauding elderly of $100k using malware
REDDING, Calif. — A man and woman have been arrested for defrauding tens of thousands of dollars from elderly victims following an investigation by Redding detectives. According to the Redding Police Department (RPD), officers began investigating Chintal Upadhyay and Shriram Upadhyay for fraud in April of this year.
