Foundation grants $12,000 to city, county teachers
The Loudon County Education Foundation has announced the 12 recipients of the 2024-2025 school year Great Idea! Grants. Roane State celebrates completing the frame of new health science facility
KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Roane State Community College celebrated a milestone on Tuesday, marking progress made on the construction of its new health science facility. The new Knox Regional Health Science Education Center will be located on Sherrill Boulevard in Knoxville, and Roane State said it recently installed the final beam of the building's frame. Crews hoisted the last beam and secured it in place on Tuesday.
