WEST READING, Pa. – A demolition crew got to work Wednesday tearing down R.M. Palmer Building #5. West Reading officials notified residents in the 100 block of Franklin St. of partial lane restrictions, debris and dust. READING, Pa. – The issue of traffic-calming was back on the agenda for Reading City Council's Committee of the Whole meeting Monday. Reading Public Works Director Timothy Krall reported to council about the status of the project.
