A Williamson County judge has since granted Cyrus’ emergency motion to freeze Firerose from being able to use his credit cards, according to documents obtained by People .
The judge found “no legitimate reason for [Firerose] to have access to and to make any additional charges,” per the outlet.
The July 10 order also said that the “Old Town Road” singer and Firerose, 37, must “exchange income and expense statements as well as asset and liability statements” by July 11.
The judge added that the pair must engage in “good faith meditation” by Aug. 31.

He requested that she be ordered to pay him every cent back.
Firerose argued that she’s had access to several of his cards since they moved in together in 2022 and that she never had to abide by any limit, according to her court filing obtained by TMZ.
She also said she should be able to use their martial money while they’re still legally wed to support her lifestyle.
Additionally, her filing claimed that $45,000 of the money Cyrus wants back was mistakenly charged by the law firm representing her and has already been refunded.
