The KuppingerCole report highlights a number of SailPoint’s strengths, including SailPoint’s ability to leverage AI and machine learning capabilities to accelerate application onboarding, assist with outlier detection and remediation, and other purposes. It also notes that the company uses generative AI to create entitlement descriptions, access recommendations, and distinct roles for different identities. Additionally, the report notes that SailPoint’s workflow engine is built on low-code/no-code principles, enabling drag-and-drop capabilities that allow customers to visualize data and logic flows more easily.
