Morgan Properties, one of the nation’s largest multifamily owners, officially opened its new corporate headquarters at the Millennium Complex in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. Formerly located at Morgan Properties’ Kingswood Apartments & Townhomes in King of Prussia, which the company has owned and managed since 1985, the new headquarters represents the next phase for the nearly 40-year-old family business that has grown to be one of the most active multifamily investors in the country.

Morgan Properties’ new headquarters is a modern workspace meticulously renovated with the needs of today’s workforce in mind. The new 70,100-square-foot office space houses over 200 corporate employees and fosters collaboration, attracts top talent, and enhances productivity to support the company’s national footprint. It features state-of-the-art amenities, including tech-enabled meeting rooms and training facilities, a contemporary dining area, recreational activities, a fully equipped fitness center, serene outdoor spaces, a 9,500-square-foot event space, copious parking, and direct walking access to the Schuylkill River Trail.
