Marks, Szeliga Honor Kingsville Elementary School Patriots

At an assembly on May 6, Baltimore County Councilman David Marks and Delegate Kathy Szeliga honored 28 students at Kingsville Elementary School for their participation in the Patriotic Program. The students completed assignments related to American government, history, and citizenship. Councilman Marks presented resolutions to the students, and Delegate Szeliga recognized the pupils on behalf of her and Delegate Ryan Nawrocki.
