Elkhart, IN – This Saturday, the Elkhart Farmers Market will transform into a canine carnival for its 2nd Annual Dog Day event. From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Kardzhali Park in downtown Elkhart will be a haven for both dog lovers and their furry companions.
