    Jersey Cash 5 jackpot won twice over weekend. Here's where winning tickets were sold

    The Jersey Cash 5 jackpot was won on back-to-back days over the weekend in North Jersey.

    On Saturday, a Hudson County lottery player matched all five numbers to win the $551,884Jersey Cash 5 jackpot. That ticket was sold at Kearny Wine and Liquor on Kearny Avenue in Kearny.

    The winning Jersey Cash 5 numbers on Saturday, Aug. 17 were: 01, 19, 24,31 and 33, with XTRA: 02.

    On Sunday, a player from Bergen County won a $150,000 Jersey Cash 5 jackpot. The winning ticket was sold at the 7-Eleven on Rutherford Avenue in Lyndhurst.

    The winning Jersey Cash 5 numbers on Sunday, Aug. 18 were: 05, 24, 25, 30 and 33, with XTRA: 02.

    Each retailer will receive a $2,000 bonus check for selling the jackpot-winning tickets.

    Jersey Cash 5 is a daily lottery draw game from the New Jersey Lottery. Players pick five numbers between 1 and 45 and can add the Xtra for a chance to increase non-jackpot prizes by up to five times. The Bullseye gives players another chance to win. Drawings are held seven days a week at 10:57 p.m.
